Just bought a fiat 500 from Chris at Autocars. Must say what a pleasant experience it’s been dealing with Chris from start to finish. From the laid back approach from Chris himself to sorting out the few issues I’d pointed out on inspection of the vehicle. Nothing was to much trouble and very refreshing how easy it was to deal with Chris. Car was serviced/mot’d with cambelt and water pump having noticed it may of needed one. And any faults repaired and rectified. Chris also taxed and personally delivered my new car and took my old cars away on part ex at a fair price. Absolute first class service and would recommend to anyone when wanting to buy a vehicle. Thank you Chris.

I came to see the white Ford Kuga. In the advert it was described as a really nice car, but I’ve noticed that it has previously been involved in an accident. There was no mention of this in the advertisement. It’s quite cheeky to try and sell the car without disclosing that information.

AutoTrader’s system automatically flags any car with a CAT S or N status, and we cannot advertise such a vehicle without full disclosure—this is beyond our control. Furthermore, as a 13-year-old car, it’s normal that minor previous repairs—such as a small bumper corner touch-up—may have occurred, even if we don’t know the full history. Purchased a mokka from autocars owned by chris, Chris is a real gentleman and made buying a car as easy as possible. I would recomend Autocars owned buy Chris if you are looking for another car. Would use Autocars again if I need another car.

I just purchased my car from Autocars, and the experience was so amazing. I traveled miles from where I reside to Autocars dealership and Chris was so super helpful and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. Chris really went above and beyond to make the process easy for me. When I couldn’t find my way back to the train station, Chris drove me all the way there, and the day I was coming to pick up the vehicle, Chris again came to pick me up from the station. He took me through the insurance registration process. Chris was so patient, and he took time to explain each step of the process to me. If I did not understand anything, he took his time to explain till I digested everything. Great experience, great service and a great first car.
