Just bought an Insignia from here and could not be happier. Chris's customer service, from my initial telephone enquiry to the viewing, test drive and agreeing the sale was first class. Nothing was too much trouble and he made the whole process so easy and straight forward. The car was presented excellently, on collection, too. Would definitely recommend to all my friends and family and will give Chris a shout when I'm looking to upgrade again.

I’ve just bought a car from Autocars Nottingham and have been blown away by the level of service, in particular with Chris, who has gone above and beyond to support me with this purchase. Guiding me through the entire sales process, clear, frequent and honest communication throughout and then going the extra mile (quite literally) to ensure that I got the car I wanted, Chris has been amazing and made me feel in very safe, trustworthy and capable hands from enquiry through to purchase. I can not express enough how incredible chris at Autocars is. Firstly the car I brought from him is hands down a fantastic little runner but chris’ customer service is exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Without a doubt will be sourcing my second car with him. I’m so happy I’ve found a trustworthy person in chris.
